Our Food Industry specific solution was launched in the year 2001 with core Operations Modules. Over the past 16 years other modules were added and were implemented in leading Food Services companies that are in different types of Food Businesses like Airline, Contract, Restaurant, Restaurant Chain, etc. During these long years, experts from the customers contributed to make the solution Feature Rich, Robust and end-to-end ERP.

Even though the relationship with them was both as Customers and Industry Experts, it is their passion and commitment to have an Industry Specific solution that made them to guide us and provide important inputs to perfect the design the system, incorporate proven best practices and control measures implemented by them and above all shared the key information that should be part of the dashboard for the CXOs.

AG, Founder/Promoter of MJMarg a boutique Hospitality consulting firm, has 2 decades of Hospitality Industry experience that includes Compass, Avon, etc. He leverages this long experience in providing end-to-end business consulting from Kitchen Design & Equipment Sourcing to Business Process Consulting, Marketing & IT Systems Implementation. He has provided valuable inputs in localizing the India Specific features in our System. His contribution in bringing the additional elements like Batch ID in the definition of Items which is core to the system and the related workflow and tracking of items through Batch ID till the Kitchen Operations has enabled our solution ability to comply with the highest level of Quality Controls. Christophe Parent (CP)

CP is one of top Catering Industry Leaders who led and was instrumental in creating global companies in billion dollar league. With 3 decades of experience spanning across geographies, some of the leadership role he wore are President of Sodexo group- Remote site, CEO of Saudia Airlines catering , Head of Qatar Airways Catering, etc. He led these companies to reach enviable position with his deep knowledge on Food management, Airlines catering, Restaurant management, etc. and had an innovative approach to bring in efficiencies in Production, Procurement, Inventory, Man power cost, etc. He put in place an effective mechanism to create visibility at the CXO level on the operation efficiency, margins on sales, issue areas that need attention, etc. CP’s valuable guidance and inputs and the measures he used in spearheading these leading organizations are incorporated in our solutions either as part of Operational Systems or as part of KPI dashboards which would help the product users to benefit. Fadi Saneh (FS)

FS, an acknowledged Industry Expert and award winning Leader, held leadership positions in North America and the Middle East with Blue chip Food service and facilities companies like Compass Group, Aramark, and Sodexo. Through these roles, FS gained hands-on experience on the uniqueness of operations with specific passion for food cost management and had an innovative approach to bring in efficiencies in Production, Procurement, Inventory, as well as Labour cost based on continuous improvement and lean management principles. With experience in Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, FS has a strong understanding of European, North American and Middle East multinationals. Leveraging these experiences he has guided us creating specific process flows, business rules, and implementing KPI Dashboards that help managers immensely in analyzing Revenue, Profitability, and Operating Costs. George Wallace (GW)

GW, the Managing Director of CFS Nigeria is an Industry Veteran and Leader with 45 years of Experience in which he headed a region for a leading Global major before establishing CFS Nigeria. He provided valuable inputs in strengthening the supply chain process of Request to Procurement to Supply to Billing of Ship Chandelling Items (Items procured and supplied). Jassim Mohammad Ali Omran AL Kuwarii, (JM) -

"JM - Managing Director & Board Member of Amwaj Catering Services, Doha, is a leader and visionary who spearheaded the phenomenal growth of Amwaj. As a manifestation of leadership qualities, JM sponsored project to implement Catering specific ERP. He and his Implementation team of Catering Industry Experts provided invaluable inputs in structuring the workflow across all the business processes handled in the system. His team’s contribution had been immense in adding new features in QHSE (Quality, Health, and Safety Environment) module and integrating it with HCM (Human Capital Management) module which is critical for the Catering Industry. Radhakrishnan (TR)

TR, the Group CFO of diversified group Aspinwall, is a Chartered Accountant and highly experienced Finance Professional. As head of Finance functions and responsible for declaration of Financial Results for the group companies individually and at parent company level that are audited by big 5 consulting firm, TR guided us in enhancing the Financial module to handle the aggregation of the accounting at the head office level, elimination of inter-company transactions, localization to handle Indian Tax compliance requirements, etc. Our Salute to TR for the guidance and invaluable inputs.

Soji Varghese (SV)

SV, the Finance Controller of Batteel, a Restaurant Chain, is an expert in the Restaurant Chain business and has long years of experience as Head of Finance in Restaurant Chains. An expert and penchant for numbers and having the ability to derive cost at the lowest unit level, SV provided valuable inputs in creating the core operation work-flow for the Restaurant Chain’s ‘hub & spoke’ operation model. Request for Items and Count of items are received by the Central Kitchen, Production Plan prepared and delivered to each outlet against the Requests received.
